Anima provides AI-powered animated video creation services. Users upload photographs and select preferences, and our system generates personalized animated content.

3. User Obligations

By using this service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Only upload photographs you have legal rights to use
• Obtain consent from all individuals depicted in uploaded photos
• Not upload content that violates third-party rights
• Not use the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photographs you upload. However, you grant Anima a limited license to process these images solely for creating your animated video.

Our Content: The animated videos, AI models, and all generated content remain the intellectual property of Anima. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your generated video.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service Provided "As Is": Anima provides the service without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Exact resemblance of animated characters to photographs
• Specific quality or artistic merit
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet your expectations

6. Limitation of Liability

Important: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Anima's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for user-obtained photographs or their legality
• Users bear full responsibility for rights to uploaded images

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service failure to deliver within promised timeframe
• Technical issues preventing video generation
• One revision request per order (on Custom plan)

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after order completion
• Poor quality of source photographs provided by user
• Unrealistic expectations of AI-generated content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to misuse the service

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
